Keeler cannot be held responsible for equipment that is damaged or lost in shipping. Therefore, it is essential to follow these instructions diligently.
Failure to clean and decontaminate the device as instructed may result in additional charges.

Instructions:
  1. Complete the Online Form: Please fill out the form on our website and click 'Submit Form'.
  2. Print and Attach the Repair Returns Label: Print the repair returns label provided and affix it securely to the box.
  3. Clean and/or Decontaminate the Device: Refer to your device's user manual for specific cleaning and/or decontamination instructions. Thoroughly clean the instrument using the recommended procedures and ensure all visible residues are removed.
  4. Select a Reputable Carrier: Choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information for the package. This will help you monitor the shipment's status.
  5. Pack the Product Securely: Securely pack the device in a sealed packaging to prevent any contamination or damage during transit.
  6. Ship the Product: Send the package to our repair facility using the printed repair returns label.

Please note that failure to comply with these instructions, particularly regarding cleaning and/or decontamination, may result in additional charges for cleaning and/or decontamination of the device at our facility.
